1.1: For international orders, the delivery timeline may fluctuate ± 3 weeks
1.2: This is the standard delivery timeline. However, based on the availability of slots, nature of the order (normal/fast track), and season of order placement, the delivery time frame can vary.
1.3: All Custom stitching order(s) will accept only through advance payment.
1.4: Every Custom Stitch order Takes 20 to 30 working days Extra to complete the stitching process.
1.5: On every custom / manual order customer(s) have to pay 50% advance of total order value.
1.6: Dear valued customer, We would like to inform you that as per our pricing policy, Orders exceeding a total value of $100,000 will pay a advance payment of 25% of the order value to authorized method of ZK galleria .This measure ensures equitable handling of larger orders and facilitates our commitment to providing exceptional service. We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership.
Returns Policy:
Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 3 days after delivery.
ZK galleria will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
ZK galleria will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
ZK galleria is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. ZK galleria will bear the shipping costs on wrong merchandise only.
Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 03 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
ZK galleria reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
ZK galleria the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice
